2) Research Period
May 1, 2023 – September 30, 2023 (5 months)
- May: Research planning and pre-interviews to build hypotheses (20–30 sites)
- June: Lectures (5 pork venues, 5 beef venues, plus history & humanities, breeds, butchery and cutting, science)
- July: Experimental design completed
- August–September: Culinary cooking tests
- October: Final report writing (Grill Master theory and practical curriculum)
3) Research Outcomes
- Publication of the NANRO Grill Master textbook
- NANRO Grill Master theory, practical, and evaluation criteria and questions
- Educational video content
